Sales and Business Development - Bitcoin Payments

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing company. The role will report to the Sales Lead. This position is full-time and remote.
- Conduct research and generate leads
- Execute on leads provided by the team
- Present and sell OpenNode payment capabilities to prospective businesses.
- Demonstrate product expertise and provide market insights to help potential customers understand value proposition
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships
- Collaborate with business and technology colleagues to support sales efforts
- Report and track leads, progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Book meetings/demos, close sales leads and drive new business sign-ups
- Maintain high conversion rates and exceed sales targets
- Proven success closing deals
- Commercial and customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to positively influence
- 3+ years experience in payments, fintech or financial services
- Experience using CRM tools
