Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a community & marketing manager to join our team on a full-time basis to supercharge our global brand engagement. We are after a self-starter with a creative mind and analytical skills who can build, lead and manage impactful social media campaigns in line with our business and marketing goals. Your job will primarily be to nurture and grow the Coinfloor fanbase and execute marketing campaigns that will increase our conversion rates. You will be working closely with our CEO, UX and marketing team as well as with external agencies.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing internally while working directly with the CEO and our retained communications agency to create exciting needle-moving work. Experience:

Social Media management & community building -  ability to create, execute, measure and manage creative organic social media output across established and new marketing platforms. Ability to grow, engage and nurture the community.

Strategic responsibilities: experience in turning company business narratives and service features, into consistent, engaging content, which raises awareness of Coinfloor and nurtures the community in our key regions and globally. Experience with running and integrated marketing campaigns.

Sector knowledge - experience in running community management, social media or performance campaigns for international consumer Bitcoin brands. Alternatively, an understanding of community management for consumer fintech products and a personal passion for Bitcoin.

Analytics - experience designing, developing and creating data-driven campaigns, pulling data from marketing, product, and customer platforms (Google Analytics / Salesforce) as well as research and customer insight to understand the effectiveness

Growth company - experience working within a fast-moving, fast-growing small business with flat organisational structure and close-knit team culture. Everyone in our team has the responsibility and the independence to thrive.

Project management - the ability to deliver projects on time as well as the ability to collaborate and manage relationships both inside and outside the company.
