Client Services and Compliance Representative
Swan is a fast growing Bitcoin onramp. This position will provide coverage on evenings and weekends for our client services and compliance teams, reporting to the Head of Client Services.
What you will be doing:
- Building good relationships with customers.
- Resolving questions and complaints and following up on resolutions.
- Identifying customers’ needs.
- Writing macros to use to respond to common questions or issues.
- Drafting or updating FAQ entries when needed.
- Following procedures and policies.
What you need to have:
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Familiarity with ZenDesk.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
